IN THIS WORLD
INSTALLATION
In This World is an immersive installation that creates a dynamic sensory environment, challenging the perception of time and space. Lines shift and geometries evolve, flowing seamlessly with sound across surfaces to create the illusion of infinite space and transform the architecture itself.
The installation aims to translate the abstract logic of the computational universe into an environment of light, sound and movement, producing a space that is simultaneously physical and intangible. Designed as a generative audiovisual framework, In This World explores the unpredictability of algorithmic processes that instantly connect sound and image together. Its rhythms are defined by inherent instability, reflecting the fluidity of perception and the constant influx of information that characterises contemporary life and shifts our perception of reality.
The immersive experience examines the intricate relationship between human experience and technological systems. It explores how the acceleration of digital forces reshapes our sense of time, intimacy, and shared space. These dynamics, driven by AI models and algorithms beyond individual control, reveal a world in which the future is shaped by systems. The audience is invited to experience this confusing environment, where the distinction between reality and the virtual world is increasingly difficult to discern.
